Thanks to all of the loyal readers of TWS, as well as Mets fans everywhere, David Wright will be the starting third baseman for the National League in Anaheim.
Voters helped Wright come from over 300,000 votes behind the Phillies' Placido Polanco to earn the starting nod. Joining him will be Mets SS Jose Reyes, who made the reserve team in place of the injured Rockies SS Troy Tulowitzki. This will mark David's sixth appearance in an All Star Game. He has made the team in every full season he has played since his post-ASG debut in July 2004. 0 Comments
